Refund Policies

Thank you for shopping with ARIAN. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer any returns or refunds on our products but will send you a fresh piece of your purchase upon investigation of the damage. Our policy only covers damage to the actual product and not to the external packaging. 

If your product is eligible for a replacement, please contact us immediately. You may do so by emailing us at sales@arianenterprises.in or calling us at +91-8527367259. Please include your order number and a description of the damage or defect in your message with an unboxing video and purchase proof attached.

If we determine that your product is eligible for a replacement, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product to us.

Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is damaged. Please allow 5-7 days to us to complete this process. If we determine that the product meets our replacement criteria, we will process your replacement and provide you with the tracking number of the new product.

Please note we cannot initiate a replacement if unboxing video is not provided.

Please mail us at sales@arianenterprises.in for cancellation requests if your order has not been shipped yet. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery. Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests. If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honored.

We do not offer exchanges currently.
